ARE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes!  We want our customers to feel secure in knowing that there is no cross-contamination of gluten in our products.  We make all of our products with gluten-free ingredients, in a gluten-free kitchen.  I use the best quality ingredients and sometimes organic ingredients when available.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ITEMS OR CREATE RECIPES FOR THOSE WITH OTHER ALLERGIES?

Yes, we can create some items with custom requests with enough advanced notice and based on the specific need.  I am able to accommodate other food allergies upon request. Please check the menu item for allergen info and let me know about any other allergies the consumer may have.

DO YOU HAVE LOW-CARB OR KETO OPTIONS?

Yes!!  We have several low-carb and keto options.

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

Storing gluten-free baked goods can be a little more challenging than typical baked items with gluten and preservatives in them.  We recommend consuming them within 2-3 days, but most will last a week.  They need to remain covered, at room temperature, and it can help to warm up the bread items (bread, rolls, buns, cinnamon rolls) slightly before enjoying.  I usually warm for about 10 seconds in the microwave or toast the bread.  I like to cut the end cap of the bread and keep it at the end of the loaf to preserve the moisture in the bread.  Keep your bread in the bag, secured with a twist tie.  Do NOT refrigerate these gluten-free items.
